What Happened?<\/b><\/p>

On July 8, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. EDT, Hunterbrook Media published a report alleging, among other things, that \u201cBloom is, in fact, reliant on Chinese scandium, <\/b><\/i>according to global trade data, Chinese corporate filings, satellite imagery, and Hunterbrook\u2019s messages with Bloom\u2019s suppliers in China.\u201d The report states \u201cHunterbrook traced four separate China-linked routes into Bloom\u2019s supply chain \u2014 scandium oxide shipped directly to its Delaware plant, plus scandium-bearing ceramics and powders flowing through intermediaries in Thailand, Japan, and South Korea.\u201d<\/p>

On this news, Bloom\u2019s stock price fell $15.28, or 5.7%, to close at $254.29 per share on July 8, 2026, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>

What Is The Lawsuit About?<\/b><\/p>

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
