MIAMI & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Southern Glazer\u2019s Wine & Spirits<\/a> (Southern Glazer\u2019s)\u2014the world\u2019s preeminent total beverage distributor\u2014today announced the successful closing of its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Eagle Rock Distributing Co.<\/a>\u2019s (Eagle Rock) Colorado operations, a leading total beverage distributor in Colorado.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThe transaction presents an exciting opportunity to distribute Anheuser-Busch\u2019s full product portfolio currently sold in Colorado\u2014from its industry-leading beer brands, including Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, and Bud Light, to its fast-growing hard beverages, including Cutwater Spirits, N\u00dcTRL Vodka Seltzer, and BeatBox Beverages, to its new energy drink line, Phorm Energy\u2014along with Tilray Brands, Talking Rain, AriZona\u00ae Beverages, Novamex, Essentia Water, Station 26 Brewing Co., Happy Dad, Nestle, and more.<\/p>

\nTo support the continued growth of the Colorado business, Jeffrey Gerali has been appointed Senior Vice President, General Manager, Southern Glazer\u2019s Beverage Company of Colorado, reporting to Mark Chaplin, President, Commercial Sales, Southern Glazer\u2019s Wine & Spirits. Gerali joins Southern Glazer\u2019s from Anheuser-Busch, where he most recently served as Senior Commercial Director. Earlier in his career, he held sales leadership positions with PepsiCo.<\/p>

\nAlso joining the Colorado leadership team, Jason Charboneau has been appointed Senior Vice President, Sales, Southern Glazer\u2019s Beverage Company of Colorado, reporting to Gerali. Charboneau most recently served as Senior Vice President, Beer & Non-Alcoholic at Southern Glazer\u2019s Beverage Company of Nevada, following a series of commercial strategy and sales leadership roles throughout his nearly 20-year career with the Company.<\/p>
