With more than 30 years of experience as an investor and a proven track record with private and public investment firms, Burgess brings expertise and strategic insight that will support the bank\u2019s growth and sustainability. He is managing partner, co-founder, and a member of the investment committee at Concentric, a private investment firm that provides debt and equity capital to U.S. companies.<\/p>

Before Concentric, Burgess co-founded Triangle Capital Corporation, where he led $2.3 billion in investments across 165 private companies and helped take the company public in 2007.<\/p>
