TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Verecan Capital Management Inc. (Verecan) is pleased to announce that Jim Andrews<\/b> has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer of Verecan<\/b>, effective July 20, 2026<\/b>, based out of Verecan\u2019s Burlington, Ontario office.<\/p>

\nAndrews joins Verecan at a significant stage in the firm\u2019s development, bringing deep financial services experience, strong industry relationships, and a clear mandate to help drive the next phase of growth. His appointment follows Verecan\u2019s recent addition of Emily Dunn, MBA, as Chief Operating Officer<\/b>, further strengthening the senior leadership team as the firm expands beyond its Canadian roots.<\/p>

\nMost recently, President and CEO of CWB Wealth, Andrews brings a practical understanding of how firms grow, scale, and evolve. He will play an important role in advancing Verecan\u2019s growth strategy, including acquisitions, advisor relationships, strategic partnerships, and opportunities with independent firms seeking a thoughtful path forward.<\/p>
