MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Directors of The Marcus Corporation<\/a> (NYSE: MCS) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of common stock, a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend rate of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2026.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThe Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.082 per share on the Class B common stock. The dividend on the Class B common stock, which is not publicly traded, will also be paid September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2026.<\/p>
