\nEmmanuel Modu, managing director, global reinsurance and insurance-linked securities, AM Best, will discuss current market trends in the rating of life settlement transactions and how the industry has evolved over the past two decades. Modu also will highlight the current ILS structures AM Best has observed in the life settlement market over the past few years.<\/p>

\nThe session will also explore key structural considerations, emerging risks and opportunities relevant to rating life settlement-backed securities within this evolving asset class. Modu has been with AM Best since 2001 and spearheaded the organization\u2019s entry into insurance-linked structured finance transactions.
