<\/a><\/a>\nHeirs\u2019 property refers to land or homes passed down without a will or clear title, often resulting in complicated shared ownership across generations. Without documented ownership, families may struggle to maintain their homes or protect their property from legal disputes.<\/p>
\n\u201cWe believe we\u2019ll be able to clear an estimated 150 titles and execute 250 wills with the FHLB Dallas Pathway Fund grant,\u201d said MAUC Chief Operating Officer Crystal Requejo. \u201cThis will have a significant positive impact to help San Antonians, including many elderly residents, preserve ownership of their homes,\u201d she said.<\/p>
\nPathway Fund grants are provided through participating FHLB Dallas member financial institutions, such as Woodforest.<\/p>

\nFHLB Dallas allocated $3 million for Pathway Fund grants this year.
