There, he led global finance and operational teams, helped shape corporate strategy, and completed more than 25 acquisitions and divestitures. With deep capital markets experience, he has led multiple debt transactions, security offerings, dividend recapitalizations, and leveraged buyouts.<\/p>

\nDuring his tenure at TNS, Randolph also served as President of TNS\u2019 Communications Market business and as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Earlier in his career, Randolph was with EY and Arthur Andersen LLP in the telecom and technology audit practice and a certified public accountant. He currently serves on the board of NextGen Clearing and the nonprofit Our Military Kids.<\/p>
