(\u201cANV\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d), a global insurance intermediary platform, today announced the launch of ANV LaunchPad, an MGA incubator designed to partner with experienced underwriters to build scalable, long-term specialty insurance businesses.<\/p><\/a><\/a>

\nThrough ANV LaunchPad, ANV offers a structured, end\u2011to\u2011end process for launching new MGAs. ANV LaunchPad provides full-service support for underwriting teams including capacity placement and structuring, product and policy development, and technology and systems integration. The incubator is designed to create an efficient and rapid go-to-market time horizon by ensuring operational readiness and disciplined risk management while allowing new leadership teams to focus on underwriting, distribution, and building enduring businesses.<\/p>

\nHastings Tax Underwriters is the first MGA established through the LaunchPad incubator. Hastings specializes in tax liability insurance and is led by Craig Farber and Russ Young, Co\u2011Presidents of Hastings. Farber served as Managing Director and Co\u2011Head of U.S. Tax Planning & Advisory at Goldman Sachs. Young worked in the tax controversy groups of Mayer Brown and Baker McKenzie. Since launch, Hastings has focused on tax liability risks associated with complex transactions and operations and has progressed through its initial underwriting phase, supported by the operational and structural framework provided through LaunchPad.<\/p>
