\nThe transaction unites Mythic\u2019s breakthrough analog compute platform with Videantis\u2019 highly differentiated, unified digital processor architecture and production-proven software stack \u2014 accelerating Mythic\u2019s delivery of a new class of hybrid AI compute platform with a 100x energy efficiency advantage<\/b> over conventional GPU-based systems.<\/p>

\nThis deal builds on Mythic\u2019s recently announced agreement with Honda<\/a> to co-develop next-generation AI chips for future vehicles \u2014 a validation of Mythic\u2019s game-changing architecture in one of the world\u2019s most demanding production environments. Together, the Honda collaboration and the Videantis acquisition position Mythic to scale its hybrid AI computing on a single platform \u2013 from single camera drones, to factory robots, to autonomous platforms, all the way to data center deployments<\/b>.<\/p>
