\nOn this news, Lufax\u2019s stock price fell $0.40, or 13.8%, to close at $2.49 per share on January 27, 2025, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>

\nOn February 17, 2025, Lufax confirmed that the 2022 and 2023 financial reports could not be relied on, finding \u201cthat certain line items were inaccurately recorded<\/b> in the consolidated financial statements that [the Company] had previously issued.\u201d Lufax\u2019s 2024 Annual Report provided restated net profit figures for the affected years, showing material net profit declines from the original reports.<\/p>

\nThe complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
