\nThe destination and hotel rankings are determined based on insights gleaned from more than $20B of global sourcing and request-for-proposal (RFP) activity through Cvent\u2019s sourcing platforms in 2025, including a record-breaking amount through the Cvent Supplier Network<\/a>, one of the world\u2019s largest venue sourcing marketplaces. The unparalleled volume of business sourced in 2025 underscores the high demand for quality, in-person touchpoints. Across Asia Pacific, planners are still actively sourcing and booking events despite softer sentiments, and nearly 74% of respondents cite up to a 20% increase in in-person meetings, reflecting a strong and sustained resurgence in MICE activity across the region.<\/p>

\nThe top five cities remained consistent year over year, with Singapore maintaining its #1 ranking for the eighth time. Seoul made the most notable move in the top tier, rising one spot to #7, while Bali dropped one place to #8. \nHilton Singapore Orchard rose two spots to claim the #1 position in Asia Pacific for the first time, building on three consecutive years of top three recognition since 2023. Hyatt Regency Sydney held steady at #2, while Hilton Sydney made an impressive jump of six places to enter the top tier at #3. \nMethodology<\/b><\/p>

\nAcross all Cvent Top Lists, sourcing activity was tracked between January 2025 and December 2025.<\/p>

\nFor Top Meeting Destinations, Cvent evaluated 14,000+ cities worldwide listed on the Cvent Supplier Network<\/a>. Rankings were determined by a set of qualifying criteria, including total room nights booked through the Cvent Supplier Network, unique request-for-proposals (RFPs) sent through the marketplace to venues within the city, the total value of the RFPs submitted, and awarded value for meetings booked.<\/p>

\nFor Top Meeting Hotels, Cvent evaluated hotel properties that generated business through the Cvent Supplier Network. The properties were ranked according to various criteria, including total RFPs, total awarded room nights, major metropolitan area market share, response rate; and new to 2026, bid rate, which calculates the percentage of total CSN RFPs received that a hotel responds to by submitting a proposal.<\/p>
