\nIn the Company\u2019s earnings call, recently appointed interim CEO, Markus Strobel, noted \u201cwe have not been delivering at the level we should<\/b>\u201d and the Company would need to invest in \u201cdisciplined execution, operational effectiveness and sufficient multiyear marketing support.\u201d The Company\u2019s CFO, Laurent Mercier also noted \u201cthe main headwind is from Consumer Beauty<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>

\nOn this news, Coty\u2019s stock price fell $0.49, or 15.56%, to close at $2.66 per share on February 6, 2026, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>
