The Group specifies that the Combined General Meeting of the Company’s shareholders held on June 7, 2024 decided to reinstate the provisions relating to double voting rights in the Company’s Articles of Association, it being specified that double voting rights apply only to ordinary shares that have been held in registered form (either pure or administered) in the name of the same shareholder for at least two years from the Combined General Meeting of June 7, 2024.
Arverne will communicate an update of the total number of voting rights and shares making up the share capital after June 7, 2026.
