Announcement regarding the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
Xtrackers MSCI Genomic Healthcare Innovation UCITS ETF 1C (ISIN: IE000KD0BZ68)

The directors of the Company (the “Directors”) hereby inform the shareholders of the Fund (the “Shareholders”) that a quorum was not present at the Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 15 May 2026 and further adjourned on 22 May 2026 and in consequence the proposed changes to the investment objective, investment policy, reference index, Fund name and fees of the Fund as detailed in the previous EGM circular dated 30 April 2026 (the “Proposed Changes”) will not be effective as of 1 June 2026.

The Directors intend to convene a further EGM to consider the proposed resolution. Details of the new meeting including the location, date and time will be communicated to Shareholders in due course.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) unless the context otherwise requires.
