EIP-backed Guardian Infrastructure Services Acquires E2 Consulting Engineers
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Energy Impact Partners LP (“EIP”) today announced that Guardian Infrastructure Services (“Guardian”), its utility-focused infrastructure services platform, has acquired E2 Consulting Engineers (“E2”), a leading provider of engineering and technical consulting services to electric and gas utilities across North America.
Founded in 1988 by Hersh Saluja, E2 provides engineering, project management, inspection, and field support services to many of the nation’s leading investor-owned utilities and infrastructure operators. The company supports critical utility infrastructure programs tied to transmission reliability, wildfire mitigation, integrity management, pipeline safety and compliance, undergrounding, substation modernization, and broader grid investment initiatives.
