Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning Appoints Steven Tsambalieros as Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO & SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning (“Right Time” or the “Company”), Canada's leading independent home services provider, today announced that it has appointed Steven Tsambalieros as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Right Time is a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors (“Gryphon”), a leading middle-market private investment firm.

Mr. Tsambalieros brings more than three decades of executive leadership experience building and scaling customer-focused, multi-site service organizations across North America. He most recently served as President of Rentokil Initial’s Canadian Pest, Ambius and Steritech businesses, as well as two U.S. businesses, Vector Disease Control International and Solitude Lake Management.

Karl Fessenden, who has served as Interim CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman and will work closely with Mr. Tsambalieros, the Executive Leadership Team, Gryphon, and the Board to support Right Time’s continued growth and long-term success.
