Score of 81.2 ranks highest in US among brands evaluated in Forrester’s 2026 Customer Experience Index

Forrester’s CX IndexTM evaluates customer perceptions of hundreds of brands across a wide range of industries, including banking, retail, airlines and telecommunications. With an overall score of 81.2, Navy Federal earned the top spot in the United States in the 2026 rankings.
