Block Admission Application
The Company confirms that a new block admission application (the "New Block Admission Application") has been made to the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”) for 1,000,000 A ordinary shares of £0.125 each in the capital of the Company (the "New A Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the LSE’s main market for listed securities.
The New A Ordinary Shares will, upon issue, rank equally with all existing A ordinary shares of £0.125 each in the capital of the Company ("A Ordinary Shares") that are then in issue.
The New A Ordinary Shares will be issued by the Company from time to time under the terms of the following plans:
- the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme 2022;
- the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Long Term Incentive Plan 2022; and
- the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Sharesave Plan 2022
It is expected that admission of the New A Ordinary Shares will become effective on 28 May 2026.
